摘要
侵襲性血管黏液瘤(Aggressive angiomyxoma)是一種少見的間質細胞腫瘤，好發於女性的骨盆與會陰部位。西部侵犯在此腫瘤十分常見，也因此造成術後較高的復發率。不過卻沒有轉移的病例被報告過。本文報告一例侵襲性血管黏液瘤發生於72歲女性病人左側陰唇處，以表面潰瘍的大型息肉來表現。病理組織切片下，可以見到大小不一的血管腔散在於黏液狀的間質中，間質細胞並未表現出細胞分裂或是細胞異常。在這篇文章中，我們也對此一腫瘤在臨床、病理、影像檢查、與治療等方面的相關文獻作一回顧。

Aggressive angiomyxoma is a rare mesenchymal neoplasm with a predilection for the pelvis and perineal regins of females. Aggressive local invasion is frequently seen in this neoplasm and hence gives the high recurrent rate after surgical excision. But there is no case of metastasis ever reported. Herein, we report a case of aggressive angiomyxoma of a 72 year-old female present as peduncular bulky polyp with erosive surface over left vulvar area. Histopathologically, vascular channels of vari- able sizes distributed in myxoid stroma without mitosis or atypia was noted. We also review literatures about the clinical, pathologic, image study and treatment of this distinct neoplasm.
