Computed Tomography Demonstration and Diagnosis of Calcaneus Intraosseous Lipoma: A Case Report

Intraosseous lipoma of the calcaneus is an uncommon primary benign tumor of the bone which has the characteristic radiographic appearance of a radiolucent lesion with a sharply defined sclerotic outline. For such a lesion, computed tomography (CT) is very helpful in depicating the lesion by measuring it's attenuation numbers.
