Ossifying Lipoma of the Hand: A Case Report with Imaging Findings
手部骨化脂肪瘤：病例報告的影像發現

Ossifying lipoma is an uncommon form of parosteal lipoma and its occurrence in the hand is rare. It is often not diagnosed correctly before operation. A 54-year-old man presented with a 10-year history of a progressively enlarging, painful mass on the right thenar eminence. We describe the radiologic, magnetic resonance imaging and pathologic findings in this case of ossifying lipoma of the hand.
