Complication of Femoral Venous Catheterization Simulating Postoperative Duodenal Leak
中央股靜脈導管引起之併發症疑似十二指腸術後之滲漏
摘要
我們報告一個十二指腸裂傷術後病人之電腦斷層造影。在其右後腹腔內有大量游離於腸外的液體和氣泡，疑似十二指腸術後之滲漏，經仔細判讀後發現此表徵乃因不慎誤植的中央股靜脈導管所造成。此病例亦強調放射科醫師在確認每一種植入導管或引流管之正確位置上扮演了重要的角色，可以避免病人接受不必要的再次手術。

We present a postoperative CT study of a case of blunt duodenal rupture. The findings of retroperitoneal extraluminal free air and free fluid that are caused by an inadvertent insertion of a femoral venous catheter simulate postoperative duodenal leak. The early recognition of this misplaced indwelling catheter by radiologists avoided an unneccessary reexploration.
