We report a rare case of pheochromocytoma showing cystic, hemorrhagic degeneration and recurrence. The imaging findings including fluid-debris levels and faint ”tumor vessels” are evidenced in abdominal sonography, contrast computed tomography and conventional angiography respectively. These features may be contributory to the correct diagnosis in the pre-operative evaluation.
