影像系統之結果效能管理

Intranet-based Result Management of HI-PACS

摘要


影像傳管系統(PACS)現已發展與醫院資訊系統(HIS)結合而成HI-PACS ,故PACS之資料可即時獲得,除了各資料之件數外,尚有時間產生(timeissue)。自開立醫囑經檢查排程,檢查結束至報告完成都可顯示時間差。故此透過網路的架構下,高雄榮民醫院發展出一套可以作為一小型的決擇系統(EIS)來顯示各醫療儀器的使用,醫生製作報告效率以及打字工作者的工作效率等所從而作一檢討與重分配。此系統的優點為:動態性、方便性、前瞻性、正確性及具展延性,將來仍可繼續擴充與儀器進行狀態(MPPS)及判讀進行狀態(IPPS)結合,作更質優的影像管理。

PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) has integrated with HIS (Hospital Information System) to now become HI-PACS (Hospital Integrated-PACS). The information contained within PACS can be obtained immediately, along with other clinical and diagnostic information already contained within HIS, giving rise to substantial time savings. The time savings are evident at all stages of examination, diagnosis, implementation and final reporting. Through Microsoft ASP (active server page) -based wed technology, VGH-KS has developed HI-PACS as an executive information system for monitoring the performance of each modality, allowing the radiologist to efficiently examine results and assist support staff in administration, as well as allowing for ease of review, analysis and rearrangement. The advantages of this system include its dynamic interaction, convenience, prospective accuracy and extent to which it may be integrated with MPPS (Modality Performance Procedure Step) and IPPS (Interpretation Performance Procedure Step) for high quality imaging management.
