摘要

2003年SARS疫情造成全世界許多醫療機構的高度警戒，在台灣最嚴重的萬華地區附近有兩家醫院全體員工強制隔離，全台也有幾家醫學中心局部關閉。本文回顧一家區域醫院在面對嚴重的SARS院內感染，應有之組織動員，放射線診斷科之人力資源配置，及傳染症個人防護之注意事項，以面對以後可能發生之各種未知傳染病。

The Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) outbreak in 2003 has raised high caution in many healthcare organizations. In Taiwan, quarantine of all the healthcare workers was issued by the government in 2 hospitals near Wanhua District in Taipei City where the most severe infectious situation in Taiwan occurred. We review how to manage the situation with SARS extensive nosocomial transmission, including the control and resource allocation, human resource planning in radiology department, and personal prevention measures.
