插秧機連桿式插植機構對插植軌跡之靈敏度分析

摘要


本研究以連桿式插秧機為對象,首先推導揷植機構各連桿對揷植爪端點運動軌跡之靈敏度數學表示式,並以裕農牌揷秧機為例,以有限差分法驗証,結果幾乎完全一致。進而將各靈敏度繪成長條圖,藉此可了解各設計變數對揷植軌跡各精密點的影響程度。此外,在各桿長±10%變動範圍內,分析運動軌跡改變情形,並以圖表說明之。其中搖桿對運動軌跡之影響極為顯著,此符合現有插秧機調整之情形。這些資料對於不平整水田或處理密度不均一之秧苗,而必須調整連桿長度時,提供有用的參考資料。

A 4-bar rice transplanting mechanism was investigated in this study. The mathematical expressions of sensitivity analysis on the transplanting trajectory were derived first. Yu-Nung transplanter was chosen as an example. The finite difference method was used to verify the expression. The consistency was shown. Based on the sensitivity information, bar charts were drawn to illuminate the influence of each design variable on the trajectory. Furthermore, deviating each link witin±10% from the original length, the changes of trajectory were shown. Changing the length of rocker has the most significant effect on the trajectory. This strategy is commonly used in the commercial product to accommodate the transplanter to various working environments. The information provided by this study is valuable.
