連桿式插秧機振動分析與減震設計

Vibration Analysis and Counter-Balancing Desing of Rice Transplanter

摘要


本研究對於插秧機之連桿式插植機構在運轉中所衍生的震力與震矩,進行動力分析,並應用最佳化設計原理,設計具有減震效果之扇形配重。同時,本研究利用插植機構測試台進行振動量測實驗,結果顯示配重對震力的消除,具有功效。

The shaking force and moment, induced while the transplanter was under operation, were investigated in this study. To suppress the shaking force, a counter-weight of transplanting mechansim had been developed via using the optimization technique. Measurement on the shaking force had been conducted. The results were shown that the counter-weight is effective on reducing the shaking force.
