蒜頭剝瓣選別分級機之研製

Research and Production of Garlic Clove Dividing, Selecting & Grading Machine

摘要


蒜頭剝瓣選別分級機是根據傳統人工作業的手剝或腳踏剝瓣、風選分離蒜膜、梗及什物,最後再以人工篩選撿除損壞蒜瓣的分段作業等過程,規劃研製而成之一貫作業機。剝瓣試驗結果顯示:剝瓣選別分級作業能力為1,000 kg/hr以上,剝瓣損傷增加率3%以下,單瓣率97%以上,夾什率1.6%以下,分級精度97%以上。以二人共同作業每公頃共需0.25人日。機械作業成本每公斤為0.5129元,以1,026公斤/公頃計算,每公頃為526元。機械較人工作業每公頃可節省11.85人日,即97.9%以上工時。在作業成本方面,人工剝瓣選別分級作業費用每公頃需9,680元,機械剝瓣選別分級作業費用每公頃需526元,可節省94.6%。

The garlic clove dividing, selecting and grading machine was designed according to the following operations: (1)the manual process of dividing garlic cloves by hand or stamping; (2)separating garlic film, stem, and impurity through wind selection and (3)manually selecting and removing damaged garlic cloves. The results show that the clove dividing, selecting and grading ability was above 1,000 kg/hr, the damage increase ratio was below 3%, the single clove ratio was above 97%, the impurity ratio was below 1.6%, and the grading accuracy was above 97%. If two persons work together, it requires 0.25 workdays per hectare. Calculated on the basis of the above, the cost of mechanical operation is NT$0.5129/kg and NT$526/ha. In case of manual clove dividing, selecting and grading work, it requires 12.1workdays per hectare. And the cost of manual operation is calculated to be NT$9.4/kg and NT$9,680/ha. In comparison with manual work in the aspect of working time, mechanical operation can save 11.85 workdays for each hectare, that is, to save more than 97.9% of working time. In terms of the operating cost, manual work requires NT$9,680 per hectare, whereas mechanical operation requires only NT$526 per hectare. The use of this machine can save NT$9,154 per hectare when compared with the manual work, that is, to save 94.6% of operating cost.
