細斷青割玉米終端速度之研究

The Study on Terminal Velocity for Forage Corn

摘要


本研究以青割玉米爲研究對象,自行組設一直立風洞裝置,改變不同長度的青割玉米草莖及氣流速度,藉由應變規量測並轉換成青割玉米草莖所承受之阻曳力,再由理論公式計算出終端速度及阻曳力係數,以做爲青割玉米青割收機穫氣力輸送之設計依據。由本研究的試驗數據及多重線性迴歸分析結果,在青割玉米牧草莖含水率為88.8%時,青割玉米牧草莖終端速度V(下标 t)(m/s)對重量W(g)及投影面積A(10^(2)mm^(2))之關係爲;V(下标 t)=15.374+1.441W-1.339A,R^2=0.932。

The agricultural material of this study is forage corn stem. A vertical wind tunnel equipment was installed to measure the terminal velocity V (subscript t) of forage corn stem with different length. The drag force D (subscript f) of forage corn stem was measured by strain gague. The terminal velocity and drag force coefficient of forage corn stem was calculated through the drag force D(subscript f)and air velocity square V^(2)(subscript a).The results would be used as the design basis for pneumatic transportation during harvesting. The data were analyzed by multi-linear regression method. When the moisture content of for agecorn stem is 88.8%,the experience formula is V(subscript t)=15.374+1.441 W-1.339A, andR^(2)=0.932.where W(g)is the weight of the stem, A(10^(2)mm^(2))is the projection area of the stem, V(subscript t)(m/s)is the terminal velocity of the stem. R^2 is the coefficient of determination.
