摘要

為促進國際交流與發展，國際標準化組織(ISO)針對量測結果的評估方法與表示方式，訂定一指引文件ISO量測不確定度表示方式指引(ISO GUM)作為原則性規範。本文根據ISO GUM，以羊毛和聚酯纖維混紡織物（混紡比例約為60:40）為例，分析評估當採取中國國家標準(CNS)的CNS 2339纖維混用率試驗法和美國化學與色料協會(AATCC)的AATCC 20A纖維成份定量分析試驗法兩種方法執行纖維成份定量分析時，量測結果的量測不確定度。

In order to advance the international exchange and the development, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) provides the Guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement (GUM). According to ISO GUM, CNS 2339 Method of test for mixing ration of fibers mixtures and AATCC 20A Fiber analysis: quantitative, this article is to take one blended fabric of wool and polyester fibers as an example (the ratio of wool to polyester fibers is approximately 60:40), to analyze, and to evaluate the uncertainty in quantitative analysis of fiber mixtures.
