感濕捲曲變化纖維的製備及物性探討

Preparation and Physical Properties of Moisture Sensitive Crimp Changing Fibers

摘要


本研究主要探討感濕捲曲變化纖維不同成份所組成之感濕捲曲變化纖維間的物性差異,並與各別組份的單紡纖維物性作分析比對。結果顯示,由PET/M-PA所製成的感濕捲曲變化纖維具有最高的乾濕捲縮率差8.7%及吸水伸長率12.8%。

The research mainly focuses on moisture sensitive crimp changing fibers, which make of different components, physical properties and compare with single component fibers making of individual component used in moisture sensitive crimp changing fibers. The result shows that the moisture sensitive crimp changing fiber making of PET/M10-PA has highest difference of dry-wet crimping rate 8.7% and water absorption expanding rate 12.8%.
