棉織物動態懸垂係數之關鍵力學參數的模式建立

Screening and Modeling on the Key Physical Parameters of Cotton Fabrics' Dynamic Coefficients

摘要


本研究主要之目的為探討在不同轉速下影響棉織物懸垂係數之關鍵力學參數。以動態織物懸垂量測儀量測棉織物在0~450rpm轉速下,每隔25rpm量測其懸垂係數,共有19項不同轉速變動之懸垂係數。以KES-F系統測量棉織物之16項力學性質,以此16項力學性質設定為基本力學參數。實驗以SPSS統計分析軟體進行分析16項力學參數,以相關分析法進行篩選參數,再利用逐步迴歸法找出影響棉織物懸垂係數的關鍵力學參數。研究結果發現,棉織物在不同之特性懸垂轉速區各有其相關之關鍵參數。其中在第一區(0rpm)和第二區(25rpm)時,壓縮能量(Compressional Energy, WC)是主要之關鍵力學參數;第三區(50rpm~150rpm)時,彎曲剛性(Bending Rigidity, B)是主要之關鍵力學參數;在第四區(175rpm~325rpm)之前中後期區主要之關鍵力學參數分別為剪力滯後值(Histeresis at φ=0.5°, 2HG)、拉伸彈性(Tensile Resilience, RT)、織物重量(Weight per Unit Area, W)是主要之力學參數;在第五區(350rpm~450rpm)時,織物重量(Weight per Unit Area, W)是主要之關鍵力學參數。

This study primarily analyzed the dynamic drape coefficient of cotton fabric at speeds of 0-450rpm. Dynamic Drape Instrument was used to measure the static and dynamic drape coefficients by each increase of 25rpm. There are 19 drape coefficients at different rotating speed. To screen and set up the key mechanical parameters of cotton fabric, 16 mechanical properties of Kawabata Evaluation System for Fabrics (KES-F) was used as the basis for selecting the key mechanical parameters. The drape coefficient of fabric was analyzed by the statistics software “SPSS”. The key mechanical parameters were selected through a stepwise regression method. Results show that the cotton fabric has its key mechanical parameters in varied dynamic rotating speeds region. The mechanical properties appearing in the drape regions under the influence of drape coefficients are as follows: in the first region (0rpm) and second region (25rpm), WC (Compressional Energy) is key parameter; third region (50~150rpm), B (Bending Rigidity) is key parameter; in fourth region (175~325rpm), 2HG (Histeresis at φ=0.5°), RT (Tensile Resilience), and W (Weight per Unit Area) are key parameters; in fifth region (350~450rpm), W (Weight per Unit Area) is key parameter.
