靜電植絨聚丙烯纖維表面性質與飛昇時間之研究

Study of Surface Properties and Flying Time on Electrostatic Flocking of Polypropylene Fibers

摘要


隨著纖維工業的發展,傳統紡織產業的各項產品,已不足以應付各種機能性、功能性的需求,以天然纖維為主的植毛製品,在應用上隨著各種合成纖維的開發利用,在靜電植絨的製程上已經改變。聚丙烯纖維經適當的表面處理後,改變纖維吸濕特性亦可應用於靜電植絨。綜合實驗結果顯示:纖維材質除了會因含水率及導電性的影響外,纖維本身的丹尼數大小及長度亦是影響飛昇能力的一項重要因素。絨毛飛昇是因為材料在電場中被極化,電著處理配方之設計必須符合靜電植絨纖維帶電性及表面性質,不能單就以提高處理劑濃度來達成,否則會影響絨毛與糊料之接著強度。

Products of the traditional textile industry have not enough to deal with various kinds of functional application in the flocking industry. Flocking products is relying mainly on natural fibers but various kinds of synthetic fibers is to develop and utilize. Today, electrostatic flocking processes have already been changed. Polypropylene fiber has proper surface, changing fiber and picking up the moisture, the characteristic can also be applied to electrostatic flocking. According to experimental results, this paper could obtain the following phenomena. Rising-ability is an important factor influence moisture content, which is influence of electric conductivity, fiber denier and pile length. The fibre of the flock (pile) is polarised on the electric field and it can store the electric energy cause fibres flying and rising ability. Design the electricity processing formula must conform to electrostatic flocking of fibers' charged and the surface properties. It can't only list on enhance the processing concentrion of chemical treatment to achieve, otherwise will affect flock and intensity of pasting material.
