靜電應用於梳棉機道夫對聚酯棉網纖維排列影響之研究

The Effect of Fiber Arrangement of the Polyester Nonwoven Web under the Doffer of Roller Card Using Static Electricity Discharge Method

本研究以羅拉式梳棉機,在道夫下方加裝靜電亂纖機構,來製造纖維呈各方向排列的棉網,以改善傳統不織布橫向強度不足的缺點。在此研究中,利用靜電亂纖的原理,使棉網纖維呈現各方向的排列效果,並藉由改變靜電裝置與道夫之隔距、位置及道夫轉速,來與傳統號棉網之纖維排列結構及物性作一評估。結果顯示平齊纖網的纖維排列角度分布則較平均;當棉網經靜電作用後,纖維呈雜亂排列,棉網的基重與厚度有稍許的增加,而覆蓋率則降低。在相同靜電壓作用下,道夫轉速愈慢,亂纖效果愈佳;反之,轉速愈快,亂纖效果愈差。

Static random arrangement fiber system was added under the doffer of the roller card to produce nonwoven web, in which the fiber were random arrangement such that the cross direction strength was better than conventional nonwoven web. In this study, the fibers were held by the doffer with static to get partial random fibers, and the physical properties of nonwoven fabrics in random method and the conventional nonwoven fabrics were evaluated by changing gauge between the static device and the doffer, position of the static device and the speed of the doffer. The experiment results showed that the arrangement angles of fibers in parallel web were between 70° and 110° and fibers in random webs distributed normally. It was found that nonwoven fabrics of random arrangement fibers were increasing in basis weight and thickness, and decreasing in optical contrast ratio. When the static pressure was same、he lower the doffer speed to get, the effect of random arrangement fiber was better, and the higher the doffer speed to get, the effect of random arrangement fiber was less.
