摘要


工業發展使得水資源短缺已經成為全球化的問題。目前已發現的有機化學污染物多達2000多種,飲用水質的嚴重惡化和經濟的高速發展,迫切需要適合新世代發展的污水資源化技術。而靜電紡絲技術可製得直徑多在數十至數百奈米之間的纖維,與傳統直徑為50微米的纖維相較,其比表面積更為一般纖維的100倍以上,因此利用奈米纖維所製得的薄膜濾材特別具有結構輕量化、設計和操作簡單、節省能源、及維護方便等優點,在廢水處理中格外引人矚目。本研究利用靜電紡絲技術製備出以PAN為基材之奈米纖維薄膜,其具有優異的物理特性,纖維直徑分佈範圍從200~400nm,平均孔洞直徑介於2~5μm。掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀察結果顯示膜材內部擁有孔洞相互通連的多孔纖維結構。初步研究結果證實,PAN/PET奈米纖維複合膜濾材在MBR膜生物反應器和蛋白質的分離純化方面具有不錯的吸附過濾效果。

A prime cause of the global water shortage and water pollution is due to the ever-increasing industrial development. Therefore, we need to develop a new wastewater reclamation technology to achieve a balance between ecological, public health, and economic and financial concerns. Compared with conventional spinning process, this study focused on fabricating PAN nanofibrous membranes by electrospinning process, which exhibited excellent physical characteristics, such as fiber diameter ranging from 200nm to 400nm and mean pore size between 2~5μm. SEM observation demonstrated an inter-connected fibrous structure. A preliminary study demonstrated the promising potential of this PAN nanofibrous membrane in the application of membrane bioreactor and protein purification.
