不同材質之服飾在行走時對生理溫度調節之比較

摘要


研究比較穿著不同材質的衣服對生理熱舒適度的影響。共選取6位健康成年男性受測者,穿著不同材質(聚酯纖維、聚酯纖維/棉、改質耐隆/棉)的襯衫行走。比較穿著不同材質襯衫之結果顯示:1.穿著改質耐隆/棉的體表微氣候環境平均相對濕度最高;2.穿著聚酯纖維休息時的相對濕度較其他2種襯衫低,有最佳的透氣性與乾爽性;3.穿著聚酯纖維/棉整體來說溫濕度的改變介於另外2種材質之間但透氣性較差。而活動時的絕對作功代謝量並不會因穿著不同材質的襯衫而有所影響。

In this study, we compare the effects of physiological thermoregulation between different materials of clothing. Six healthy men walked wearing a different material (polyester, polyester/cotton, or modified nylon/cotton) shirt. Analytical results can be summarized as follows: to compare the different materials: (i) when wearing the modifier nylon/cotton shirt, it was the highest average relative humidity of skin surface microenvironment; (ii) when wearing the polyester shirt at resting, the relative humidity is lower than other two materials, and with best permeability and dry; (iii) when wearing the polyester/cotton shirt, the changes in temperature and relative humidity was between the two kinds of material, but with the worst permeability. However, wearing different materials shirts do not affect the absolute total work during walking.
