複合紡絲技術對於抗靜電纖維假撚加工之影響探討

摘要


利用導電性碳黑與高分子進行摻合,可用於紡製具有導電之纖維,能做為耐水洗之抗靜電纖維,同時還具有不受環境溼度影響之優點,在極低溫度環境中仍能具有優良的抗靜電效果。本研究採用奈米導電性碳粉與聚酯材料進行共混,並利用複合纖維紡絲技術生產不同結構比例之複合纖維,探討分析奈米導電性碳粉對於抗靜電纖維強伸度,以及比電阻之影響。研究結果顯示,複合紡絲技術能用於調整控制纖維的強伸度與比電阻,當纖維的拉伸強度隨著導電性機能粉體的增加而提高時,卻會造成纖維的伸長率下降。另一方面,假撚延伸加工的過程中,纖維的比電阻會因為延伸與表面磨損而導致纖維的比電阻下降,因此有效的提高導電性機能粉體的區域將有利於纖維的假撚延伸加工。

Conjugate spinning technology can be used to adjust the control strength and elongation of the fibers and the specific resistance. The tensile strength of fiber increases as the powder is increased, but it would cause the fiber elongation decreased. On the other hand, the specific resistance of the fiber would decreases due extension and surface wear. Thus increasing the content of the powder will be beneficial to extend the fiber false twist processing.
