短纖紗線結構對紗線物性與織物熱逸散性影響的探討

Study of the Stable Yarn Structure on the Yarn Properties and Its Fabric Thermal Effusivity

摘要


使用不同短纖維紡紗製程可以賦予紗線不一樣的結構與外觀,影響紗線物性與織物構造,進而影響織物特性。本研究以十字斷面聚酯短纖和纖維素長、短纖為原料,利用壓縮紡、渦流紡、賽絡紡紗三種紡紗方式製成相同混紡比紗種,再織成鍍圈針織物,探討不同短纖紡紗方式對所製混紡紗品質與紗線強伸度、針織物熱逸散性的影響。實驗結果得知,紗線非均勻度測試(U%)以長短纖賽絡紡紗(5.6%)所製混紡紗為佳,紗線強伸度則以賽絡壓縮紡(26.66cN/tex)方式為佳。機能性的熱逸散性質中以壓縮紡(187.78Ws^(1/2)m^2K)為本次實驗較佳者。

Yarn structure appearance may variant yarn by different spinning methods and that will also affect yarn properties and its fabric function. In this study, cross shape polyester staple fiber and cellulose filament and stable fiber were used to be raw materials and spun in ratio of 50/50 by Compact, Vortex and Siro spinning. The properties of polyester and cellulose composite spun yarn and the thermal effusivity of its single jersey were studied. The evenness of Sirofil spun yarn was better and the yarn strength and elongation of Siro Compact spun yarn was better. The thermal effusivity was better if the single jersey consisted of Compact spun yarn.
