摘要

本研究主題針對分散性染料特性，進行染程分析、染料相容性試驗，並且以染料擴散性加以佐證上述試驗的完整性，藉此探討分散性染料試驗染程。染色者本身應具備對染料有分類及判斷分析的能力，藉此應用本試驗分析，整合不同染料廠商之產品，降低染整廠原物料之庫存，減少能源的耗用，並且提供染料分類使用及規納整合染料類型之操作方法。

The research topic for the characteristics of disperse dyes, via analysis for dyeing process, compatibility testing of dyes, and diffusibility of dyes to be corroborated the above integrity of tests. Thereby, to investigate testing of disperse dyes. The dyeing staffs should have the ability to determine the classification and analysis of the dyes. Thereby, application of the test analysis, integration of different dye manufacturers of products, reduce inventory of raw materials and energy consumption. And provided use of dyes classification and integrated operation method of different dyes types.
