抗靜電聚酯纖維織物之設計及其抗靜電效果研究

摘要


聚酯材料是常見的衣著纖維原料之一,其表面電阻高達10^(13)Ω/sq,為一種易於累積靜電的材料。本研究中利用抗靜電機能性粉體生產抗靜電纖維,並進行抗靜電纖維織物的設計與分析織物的抗靜電效果,透過織物的設計除可為織物帶來不同的風格與紋路外,能有效控制織物的抗靜電性,而研究中發現,抗靜電纖維在織物內會受到間距的影響,而降低織物的表面電阻,且不同織物組織結構,對於織物的表面電阻具有影響性,然而在摩擦帶電壓以及靜電逸散的時間上,其影響性較低。

The polyester material is common clothing fiber raw materials in one. It is an easy accumulated static material with 10^(13)Ω/sq of surface resistance. In this study, we use antistatic functional powder production antistatic fiber and fabric design and analysis of antistatic fabric antistatic effect. Fabric designs bring a different style for the fabric and texture, and controlled the properties of antistatic the fabric. The study found that, the fibers in the fabric will be the distance from the impact, and to reduce the surface resistance of the fabric. Different fabric structure for surface resistance influential, but friction with the voltage and electrostatic dissipation time its impact is low.
