This study examines the feasibility of reducing energy consumption and reducing carbon dioxide emissions in the production process by the textile industry. The study is based on the function textile fabric of the cooperating manufacturers, with a view to reduce the quantity of carbon emissions from the textile production process. The project builds a systematic analysis and calculation model through efficiency assessment and simulation analysis. First, we optimized the allocation of resources to reduce the carbon emissions of our products. In addition, we found out the best implementation plan so as to make the main factors that cause environmental impacts from functional textile production lines can be properly managed.
