Study on the Properties of Sodium Alginate Film Treated with Various Cross-Linking Agents

摘要


本研究採用不同種類的交聯劑製備海藻酸鈉薄膜,研究了海藻酸鈉薄膜的厚度和力學性能的影響。結果顯示,以硫酸鋁為交聯劑製備的薄膜平均厚度為0.05474±0.00495mm。當膜與氯化鋇交聯時,平均強度為4.75kgf,平均斷裂伸長率為9.5mm。

In this study, different kind of cross-linking agents were used to prepare sodium alginate films, and the effects of thickness and mechanical properties for sodium alginate films were investigated. The results show that the film, which prepared by using aluminum sulfate as a cross-linking agent, has an average thickness of 0.05474 ± 0.00495 mm. The average strength was 4.75 kgf and the average elongation at break was 9.5 mm, when the film was cross-linked with barium chloride.
