聚酯針織物於不同浴比鹼性還原洗之色牢度影響探討

Study of Performance on Reduction Cleaning after Polyester Knitted Fabric Dyeing with Different Liquor Ratio

摘要


聚酯針織物在染色完成後進行的鹼性還原洗,大多使用1:10的浴比來進行洗滌,有時還必須進行兩次以上的洗滌,雖然牢度可以達到標準,但程序耗時繁鎖、藥劑過量容易造成色光異變等等。本研究在不改變染色配方及染色製程情況下,針對鹼性還原洗的浴比進行改變,分別為1:10、1:10兩次洗滌、1:20、1:30,並選擇深丈青、黑色、紫紅色染色配方來進行實驗,之後以分光儀測色、布面均染性測試、K/S值分析、水洗色牢度來探討。從結果發現,黑色系及深丈青以浴比1:20還原洗,在色光、均染性和色牢度的方面效果良好;紫紅色系建議以浴比1:30還原洗效果最為良好。

The polyester knit fabric is subjected to alkaline reduction washing after dyeing, and most of the washing is carried out using a bath ratio of 1:10. Sometimes, it is necessary to perform two or more washings. Although the fastness can reach the standard, the procedure is time consuming. Locks, overdose can easily cause color changes and so on. In this study, the bath ratio of alkaline reduction washing was changed without changing the dyeing formula and dyeing process, respectively: 1:10, 1:10 washing twice, 1:20, 1:30, and selecting deep blue The black and purple-red dyeing formula was used for the experiment, and then the spectrophotometer color measurement, the cloth surface dyeing test, the K/S value analysis, and the color fastness of the water were discussed. From the results, it was found that the black and deep blues were washed at a bath ratio of 1:20, and the effect was good in terms of color, uniformity and color fastness; the purple-red color suggested the best effect of reducing the bath ratio by 1:30.
