聚乙烯醇微膠囊包覆揮發性精油之製備及其緩釋性之探討

Preparation and Controlled Release Properties of Polyvinyl Alcohol Microcapsules Encapsulated Peppermint Oil

摘要


本研究以聚乙烯醇做為微膠囊之殼材,歐薄荷精油為芯材,利用凝膠法進行微膠囊之製備。結果顯示以聚乙二醇做為分散劑製備的微膠囊於光學顯微鏡觀察下其外觀呈球狀且成形性良好,平均粒徑為3.1240.566μm。探討不同轉速條件下之平均粒徑,發現當轉速提高時其平均粒徑皆有下降的趨勢。當聚乙烯醇與3%硼酸水溶液轉速在700rpm時擁有最小粒徑為0.990.01μm,經紅外線水分儀測試包覆率為67.34%。

In this research polyvinyl alcohol treat as the shell material and the peppermint oil as core material. The proportion of polyvinyl alcohol and boric acid. In this condition, the preparation of microcapsules was carried by conservation method. In this study, the preparation of microcapsules by polyvinyl glycol has well formed and under an optical microscope at a 50,100-fold spherical appearance. Also, the effect of average particle size decreased. When the proportion was 2% boric acid the minimum particle size was 0.990.01μm at 700r.p.m. And coverage of microcapsules by moisture analyzer is 67.34%.
