相分離法製備包覆精油微膠囊及其制放性之研究

摘要


本研究主要係以可生物分解性阿拉伯膠為殼質,精油為核物質,進行相分離法製備包覆精油微膠囊之研究。籍著由改變轉速及殼質的薄厚,以進一 步探討其精油微膠囊之粒徑大小、制放性等性質。結果顯示粒徑大小隨著轉 降低而變大,制放效果愈佳。
