幾丁聚醣包覆揮發性精油微膠囊之製備與其緩釋效果之探討

摘要


揮發性精油在醫療保健上應用廣泛,但是對於定時定量釋出的控制仍有其未解決的問題點存在。因此本研究以噴霧法結合液中硬化法製造幾丁聚醣包覆香茅油微膠囊。文中探討改變幾丁聚醣水溶液之濃度和NaOH濃度對微膠囊成形性的影響以及探討在不同pH值的環境中香茅油的釋出效果。結果顯示幾丁聚醣在1.0~1.5%和3%NaOH以上方可形成外型較佳之微膠囊。在相同pH值之下,香茅油之揮發釋出速度隨著幾丁聚醣濃度的增加以及隨著NaOH濃度的增加而減少。香茅油之揮發釋出速度也會隨著環境之pH值的降低而有加快趨勢。

In this study, chitosan microcapsules containing citronella oil were prepared by complex spry and an orifice method. The morphology of microcapsules was discussed under the various conditions of concentration of chitosan and NaOH, respectively. The release effect of citronella oil also examined at various pH conditions. The results indicated that the optimal formation of microcapsules were prepared at the conditions of 1.0~1.5% chitosan and 3% NaOH liquid solution treated. The oil release rate was decreased with increasing the concentration of chitosan and NaOH, respectively. And the oil release rate also increased with decreasing pH.
