幾丁聚醣包覆肥料膠囊之製備及其緩釋性之探討

摘要


本研究嘗試發展一種其生物可分解性的膠囊,應用於液態肥料制放之用途。探討不同製備參數下膠囊的分解時間、粒徑變化及最佳去乙醯化度。並運用最佳化的製備參數之樣本,在酸鹼值5.5下以溶菌酶進行酵素分解與肥料制放之探討。結果顯示,在電導度(EC)測試中,雙殼材的膠囊樣本,緩釋效果比幾丁聚醣膠囊平均下降0.69%,幾丁聚醣膠囊若加上丙酮脫水處理,則可得到更佳緩釋效果,結果較幾丁聚醣樣本平均下降2.42% ,證實可提高緩釋性的效果。而雙殼材的膠囊樣本,其緩釋效果比幾丁聚醣膠囊平均下降2.66%,樣本再以丙酮脫水處理後,可得到更佳緩釋效果,較幾丁聚醣樣本平均下降4.62%。

ln this research, we developed a kind of capsule which can control and release the liquid fertilizer. We discussed the different manufacture conditions about the time of Lysozyme degradation in vitro, sample particle sizes and the best deacetylation degree. We used the best manufacture condition to make the capsule and discussed Lysozyme degradation in vitro at pH 5.5. The result shows capsules with double shell had lower electrical conductivity than Chitosan-capsules was 0.69%, capsules with double shell which used Acetone treatment had lower electrical conductivity than Chitosan-capsules was 2.42% in the experiment of electrical conductivity. Capsules with double shell had lower sustained release than Chitosan-capsules was 2.66%, capsules with double shell which used Acetone treatment had lower sustained release than Chitosan-capsules was 4.62% in the experiment of optical density.
