高含量電氣石聚酯纖維製備及其性質研究

Preparation and Investigation of the Properties of High Contained Tourmaline in Polyester Fiber

摘要


一般衣著用纖維主要規格為75d/48f,纖維直徑僅10~20μm,對於機能性纖維的開發,機能材料的粒徑與分散性就成了關鍵。過往這類的機能材料於纖維中添加的比例當超過3%時,紡絲時的良率就大幅下降,為了兼顧良率與性質,這類需要添加較高含量的機能性纖維只能犧牲纖維細度,做成3denier以上較粗的纖維,導致此規格的纖維多用於手套、家飾類布料的相關產品。負離子長纖維過往在開發時,若電氣石添加量不足,纖維所釋放的負離子量就會偏低,導致無法達到期望效果,若添加量過高,則良率會大幅降低,無法量產。本研究透過濕式研磨將材料先分散至漿料中,再將電氣石材料附著於高分子上,可大幅提升電氣石材料的分散性,並可添加7%以上應用於長纖維紡絲,且具有良好之紡絲作業性。

The regular fiber specification for the clothing was 75d/48f, and the fiber diameter was only 10~20μm. Therefore, functional materials particle size and dispersion in polymer is important. When functional materials added over 3%, spinning yield was reduced. In order to make a higher-content fiber, it must be raised the fiber thickness. The fiber thickness is made over 3 denier or more. it can only use on gloves and furniture. Negative ion filament developed in past. If tourmaline concentration is too low, negative ions released by the fiber will be low; if concentration over 3%, the fiber yield was reduced. In this study, we used a ball mill to grind and disperse the negative ion powder in the slurry. Then, the negative ion slurry is attached to the polymer, it made better dispersion, and can increase the concentration of the negative ion powder to 7% in fiber.
