摘要

現今自動光學檢測（Automated optical inspection, AOI）主要目標為取代人工檢測，本研究檢測的主要物件為織品表面的顏色變化，人工檢測不易發現，不但須花費大量時間，且無法量化檢測標準，本研究希望開發一套檢測系統，並直接安裝在生產線上，以降低檢測時所花費的人力資源。

The main objective of automated optical inspection (AOI) nowadays is to replace manual inspection. The main purpose of this study is the color difference within the surface of the fabric, which is not easy to detect through manual inspection. The proposed method not only reduced inspection time, but also quantified standard inspection.
