高親水耐隆纖維及織物之研究

Study on the Nylon Fiber and Fabric with High Hydrophilic Property

摘要


本研究透過加入具高親水跟柔韌性的寡聚物及添加劑使整體改質耐隆親水性及延展性增加,以提高改質耐隆高分子的親水性跟纖維的伸長性,並探討纖維及織物在不同環境濕度下的變化。實驗結果為改質耐隆高分子具有良好的吸水性≧10%,改質耐隆纖維的吸濕伸長率≧12%,織物乾濕的孔隙變化率≥40%,透氣變化率≥20%。

In this study, the hydrophilic oligomer and cross-linking agent with high hydrophilicity and flexibility were added to increase the hydrophilicity and extensibility of the modified Nylon polymer, so as to improve the hydrophilicity of the modified Nylon polymer and the elongation of the fibers. Futher research the changes of fibers and fabrics under different environmental humidity. The experimental results show that the modified Nylon polymer have good water absorption ≥ 10%, the moisture -absorbing elongation of the modified Nylon fibers ≥ 12%, the porosity change ratio of fabric(dry and wet) ≥ 40%, and the air permeability change ≥ 20%.
