窗簾節能檢測評估之研究

Research on Energy-Saving Detection and Evaluation of Curtains

摘要


本研究以UV/VIS/NIR分光光譜儀與紡織品隔熱試驗台進行窗簾布節能分析,探討ISO 52022所求得之日照熱輻射取得率SHGC並與隔熱溫升之相關性,之後通過模擬日照節能測試屋驗證窗簾布之空調耗能、室內照明度、布面溫度與空間溫度升溫特性。試驗共收集46組窗簾,將這些窗簾進行光譜儀與隔熱試驗台實驗,並從裡面挑選數件執行日照節能測試屋驗證。試驗結果顯示分光光譜儀測得之SHGC與隔熱試驗台測得之隔熱溫升具有相關性,而在日照節能測試屋驗證中表示安裝內遮窗簾具有一定的隔熱效果,最高空調耗能可減少68%。

In this study, the UV/VIS/NIR spectrometer and textile thermal insulation test bench were used to analyze the energy saving of curtain fabrics. Explore the correlation between the SHGC obtained by ISO 52022 and the thermal insulation temperature rise. Afterwards, the simulated solar energy-saving test house was used to verify the air-conditioning energy consumption, indoor lighting, curtain surface temperature and space temperature heating characteristics of curtain fabrics. The test results show that the SHGC measured by the spectrometer correlates with the thermal insulation temperature rise measured by the thermal insulation test bench. In the verification of the solar energy-saving test house, it is indicated that the installation of internal curtains has a certain thermal insulation effect. The maximum air conditioning energy consumption can be reduced by 68%.
