屋頂隔熱性能檢測技術與節能效益模擬分析研究

The Analysis of Thermal Properties Measurement and Energy Saving Simulation for Roof Insulation

摘要


建築屋頂隔熱材料主要目的爲提昇建築物屋頂阻絕外界太陽直射進入屋內熱量之能力。目前國內並無相關之屋頂建材隔熱性能認證機構,因此內政部建築研究所成立建築外殼建材隔熱性能實驗室,購置單一建材隔熱性能檢測相關儀器,以期能檢測各種不同隔熱性能之建築材料的特性,提供具有公信力之檢測服務。本研究以標準屋頂用RC配比之熱傳性能爲基準,對目前國內常用屋頂隔熱建材進行熱性能量測,並進行實體試件之數據檢測與電腦模擬計算分析。本研究之研究成果具有拋磚引玉之效果,將可作爲日後屋頂隔熱綠建材熱性能資料庫建立與檢測工作之最佳參考依據。

This project applied the thermal properties analyzer to measure the thermal conductivity and volume specific heat of roof insulations. And then these data were put into computer simulations of HVAC system to analyze the energy saving efficiency. From this project we have 3 conclusions as follows: the first, we had organized and recalled the standard operation procedure (S.O.P.) of the performance test for the construction materials of the building envelope. The second, we can upgrade the roof insulation properties about 80% when we use Ceramics Insulation Tile. And the third, there is 2.91% of energy saving efficiency will be accomplish for applying Ceramics Insulation Tile on roof.
