本實驗應用PCM(Phase Change Material,PCM)相變化儲能材料的特性,溫度高時可以吸收大量的熱量,達到飽和時也會形成絕熱層,以降低熱量持續進入速度,而溫度下降到熔點溫度以下,即釋放熱能,形成一種恆溫的狀態,對日夜溫差大的地區,相當有利用價值。 研究中探討不同的混凝土磚塊在不同的結構設計下,其熱傳的效應的差距,並在使用不同的溫度熔點相變化材料與份量,以尋求最佳化的設計,能有隔絕熱能並儲存的附加功能,減少日夜溫差的問題。主要應用的地方在於各建築物的頂樓,保持現有屋頂構造,安裝製作的隔熱磚,以減少熱傳遞率為訴求,解決頂樓房間因為白天日照,造成室內的悶熱。
