The purpose of this study was to use the characteristics of PCM(Phase Change Material) high latent heat during phase change process, and the low heat transfer rate of EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Copolymer) material, to delay the time that the sun’s radiant heat enters into the house. In this study, the PCM material is enclosed in a PE bag and put inside the laminated sheet of corrugated board which is available from the construction market, in addition the EVA was pasted on the bottom, Under the same conditions, in comparison with this new designed sheet of corrugated board and the original one from the market, the heat transfer rate is low and results in good penetration insulation effect.
