摘要


形狀記憶材料為一種智慧型材料,分為形狀記憶合金與形狀記憶高分子,近幾年來形狀記憶高分子被廣泛應用在醫療副木或是保健用品上,而紡織領域中未有相關的產品應用。形狀記憶高分子無相關纖維類產品主要原因為形狀記憶高分子黏性極高,一般會採用濕式紡絲法或乾式紡絲法製備,但該製程相對複雜且有溶劑回收問題。本研究係使用熔融紡絲法製備形狀記憶纖維,由於純形狀記憶高分子黏度極高,因此高分子熔融態流動性不佳,當材料玻璃轉移溫度(Tg)≧65℃的纖維出絲脆且無延展性,不易捲取成絲餅;而當材料Tg≦45℃的纖維出絲不易冷卻定型,導致纖維容易互相黏合。為克服上述現象,本研究以添加不同聚氨酯比例來達到易於進行熔融紡絲且能調控不同的形狀記憶溫度,使形狀記憶纖維能夠應用在貼身衣物上能夠服貼人體,穿著上更為舒適。

Shape memory materials are a kind of intelligent materials, which are divided into shape memory alloys and shape memory polymers. In recent years, shape memory polymers have been widely used in medical products such as medical auxiliary wood or rehabilitation health care products, and There is no related product application. The main reason why shape memory polymers are not related to fiber products is that shape memory polymers have extremely high viscosity. Generally, they are prepared by wet spinning or dry spinning, but the process is relatively complicated and has solvent recovery problems. In this study, the melt spinning method was used to prepare shape memory fibers. Because the viscosity of pure shape memory polymers is extremely high, the flowability of the polymer in the molten state is not good. There is no ductility, and it is not easy to be rolled into a cake; and when the material Tg≦45℃ , the fiber precursor is not easy to cool and set, which leads to the easy adhesion of the fibers to each other. In order to overcome the above phenomenon, this study added different proportions of polyurethane to achieve easy melt spinning and can regulate different shape memory temperatures, so that the shape memory fibers can be applied to close-fitting clothing to fit the human body and be more comfortable to wear.
