含生質聚醚型多元醇水性聚胺酯之合成研究

摘要


近年來,由於全球暖化,人們開始關注碳排放議題。為了減少對石化資源的依賴,因此在本研究中,使用生質多元醇聚三亞甲基醚二醇來合成,具有不同NCO / OH莫耳比的水性聚胺酯。根據粒徑分析的結果,隨著親水基團含量增加,而粒徑減小,並且影響分散液的黏度和穩定性。當莫耳比增加時,拉伸強度也會增加,在熱重分析中發現具有高軟鏈段的材料,有較高的耐熱性。結果表明莫耳比為1.2時,表現最好的拉伸強度與耐熱特性。

In recent years, people have been beginning to pay attention to the issue of carbon emissions due to global warming. To reduce the dependence on petrochemical resources, thus, in this study, biomass polyol trimethylene ether glycol was used to synthesize waterborne polyurethane with different NCO/OH molar ratios.According to the results of particle size analysis, the particle size decreases with the increase of the content of hydrophilic groups. It will affect the viscosity and stability of the dispersion. When the molar ratios increase, the tensile strength increases. The thermogravimetric analysis found that materials with high soft segments have heat resistance. In the end, the results show that a molar ratio of 1.2 is the best tensile strength and heat resistance.
