外肌肉紡織動力輔具對坐到站動作之可行性探討

摘要


坐到站(Sit-to-Stand)連結許多日常活動,高齡者因肌力退化而造成行動受限,目前已有相關產品動力輔助衣(Exosuit),以減輕勞動者腰部負擔的輕量化外骨骼機為主要態樣,但仍然有重量、限制活動範圍的問題。因此本研究欲針對下肢肌力不足影響坐到站,利用更輕、更柔軟的紡織材料,結合力學原理,設計機構模擬生物肌肉功能,在生物肌肉外增加軟式輔具,以提供更大力矩,並提供主動式力量帶動肢體,評估與探討外肌肉紡織輔具輔助坐到站的可行性。

Sit-to-Stand is the common activity in daily life. But the motion is difficult for elder because the muscle strength decreases with increasing age. There are some products like exosuit can assist manual handling workers. But the exosuit still give problem with load-bearing structures and limit the range of motion. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of using textile and actuation mechanism to make the exosuit can assist sit-to-stand and try to assess how the exosuit provide sit-to-stand support.
