高透光隔熱水性PU的製備與研究

Preparation and Research of Waterborne Polyurethane with High Visible Light Transmittance and Heat Insulation Properties

摘要


高透光遮熱塗料旨在有效阻隔陽光紅外線等熱源傳遞,減少室內溫度上升。而在需要採光良好的區域,也可對紫外線進行遮蔽,防止室內擺設產生老化、褪色等傷害。塗料以氣凝膠、中空玻璃珠來降低塗料熱傳導係數,並添加改質奈米雲母粉,增加近紅外線遮蔽。實驗結果顯示塗料在膜厚150μm下,可見光透光度44.0%,近紅外線遮蔽率77.5%,k值0.042W/m.K,受測40小時後,耐光牢度達4~5級,塗料粒徑342.3 nm,表示此塗料具一定熱阻隔性能,且貯存穩定性高。

The purpose of high light-transmitting/heat-shielding coating is to effectively block the transmission of heat such as infrared rays of sunlight. On the other hand, it can also block the ultraviolet to avoid the furnishings aging or color fading. The coating uses Aerogel and Hollow glass spheres to decrease the coating thermal conductivity, and add modified nano-mica powder to promote the infrared shielding. The results show with the coating thickness of 150 μm, the visible transmittance of the coating is 44.0%, the near-infrared shielding rate is 77.5%, and the thermal conductivity is 0.042 W/m.K. After 40 hours of testing, the light fastness reaches 4-5 and the coating particle size is 342.3 nm. It means that the coating has certain heat barrier properties and storage stability.
