摘要


紫外光硬化型聚胺基甲酸乙酯塗料,係由甲苯二異氰酸酯和聚酯多元醇為基本原料,以甲基亞克力酯為末端基之聚胺基甲酸乙酯預聚合物;在紫外光硬化系統,加入TMPTA為活性稀釋劑再加入二苯酮或安息香乙醚分別為光敏化劑或光起始劑。光硬化型樹脂之紫外光譜與光源之放射光譜比較,可作為選擇光敏化劑(或光起始劑)的參考;紫外光照射反應中利用傅氏紅外光譜(在1635cm^(-1))偵測末端基雙鍵(甲基亞克力酯)消失的速率。並探討不同柴外光照射時間所形成塗膜的膠含量,鉛筆硬度、抗張強度、撞擊強度和受熱重量損失等性質。

Ultraviolet curable polyure thane oligomers were prepared from toluene diiocyanates and polyester polyols based polyurethane prepolymers and methacrylates were the terminal groups. Trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate (TMPTA) was added into the corresponding polyurethane methacrylate oligo-mers as a reactive diluent. Benzophenone or benzoin ethylether was served as a photosensitizer or photoinitiator, respectively. UV spectra of UV curable PU system could be a reference for the selection of photosensitizers (or photoinitiators). The rate of disappearance on double bonds of methacr-ylates terminated PU could be detected by FT-IR (on 1635 cm^(-1)). The properties (e.g. gel contents, pencil hardness, tensile strength, impact strength and thermogravimetry) of the cured film with various UV irradiation time were investigated.
