摘要

為了各方利潤，供應鏈管理旨在整體管理、控制所有涉及配銷通道的各種關係。供應鏈管理可被視為零售商、製造商與分配中心之間物流與資訊流的管理，而資訊科技在供應鏈管理中則位居極為關鍵的地位。
本文透過回答下列問題：(1)台灣企業在供應鏈管理中應用資訊科技之程度如何？(2)何種因素影響此種應用？來探討供應鏈管理使用資訊科技的情形。資料來自台灣八大製造業的郵寄問卷，在524份郵寄問卷中回收170份有效問卷，回收率32.4%。在資料分析與討論之後，本文提出幾點政策啟示。

Supply Chain Management (SCM) aims at co-operatively managing and controlling distribution channel relationships for the benefit of all parties involved. SCM can be thought of as the management of material and information flows both in and between facilities such as vendors, manufacturing and assembly plants, and distribution centers, with Information Technology (IT) playing a vital role in this management.
This article investigates the utilization of IT in SCM by answering the following questions：(1) To what extent do industries in Taiwan adopt IT in SCM? (2) What accounts for the utilization of IT? Data was collected from a questionnaire mailed to companies in eight major industries in Taiwan. A total of 170 usable responses were received out of an eligible sample of 524, representing a 32.4% response rate. Several policy implications were derived after data presentation and discussion.
