企業導入供應鏈管理系統關鍵因素之研究-以台灣汽車產業為例

摘要


本研究目的(1)以鑽石模式與六步驟ES專案生命週期模式,找出每一個階段影響因素為何? 進而找出企業導入供應鏈管理系統的關鍵因素。(2)以企業個案為例實證企業如何導入供應鏈管理系統,關鍵因素為何?每個階段可能面臨的困難及阻礙,及其如何克服及因應之做法。 本研究採用Gowin’s Vee(1981)的學習概念工具,透過紮根理論整理出27項關鍵因素,並將此27項因素歸類至Leavitt(1964)所提出的鑽石模式四大構面,及配合Sathish et al.(2004)六步驟ES專案生命週期模式,透過專家問卷統計資料分析,確認及修正關鍵因素以建構一個「企業導入供應鏈管理系統關鍵因素參考模型」,最後進行個案研究,以了解企業導入供應鏈管理系統實務的經驗與關鍵因素。 本研究結果:(1)在鑽石模式中任務構面有7項關鍵因素,人力構面有4項關鍵因素,組織構面有7個關鍵因素,技術構面有9個關鍵因素。在鑽石模式,前十名重要的關鍵因素大多集中在技術與任務兩構面。 (2)在六步驟ES專案生命週期模式,專案準備階段有23項關鍵因素,企業藍圖階段有23項關鍵因素,建置階段有21項關鍵因素,最後準備階段有16項關鍵因素,上線與支援階段有17項關鍵因素,建置後階段有14項關鍵因素。(3)在整體關鍵因素的重要性而言,以資訊系統建立與規劃最為重要,其餘依序為高階主管支持與承諾、有效專案管理、專案團隊的能力以及資訊品質與系統品質。

The aim of the study used the Diamond model and the six steps of the Enterprise System project life cycle model to find the affecting factors for every step. Then find the key factors for the enterprise to implement the enterprise supply chain management system. The other aim used the case study for example to demonstrate the enterprise supply chain management system and discussed the difficulty and obstacles for every step and the ways to overcome and response. In this study, the learning concept tools of the Gowin's Vee (1981) adapted, using the Grounded Theory sorted 27 key factors and the 27 factors were classified by the 4 dimensions of the Daimond Model proposed by Leavitt (1964) and 6 steps of the Enterprise System project life cycle model proposed by Sathish et al. (2004).Using the expert questionnaires to analyze the statistical data, to confirm, to modify, and to construct a model for the enterprise to implement the supply chain management system. Then use the case study to understand the pragmatic experience and the key factors. The results of this study:(1) In the Diamond Model: the task dimensions has 7 key factors, the human resource dimensions has 4 key factors, the organization dimensions has 7 key factors, the technology dimension has 9 key factors.Diamond mode, the top ten key factors to is mostly concentrated in the two dimensions of technology and task. (2) the six- steps Enterprise System project life cycle model: the project preparation stage has 23 key factors, the business blueprint stage has 23 key factors, the final preparing stage has 16 key factors, the promotion and support stage has 17 key factors and the finally preparation stage has 14 key factors.(3)the most importance of key factors for all is to establish and plan the information system. The priority of the others are below: the support and commitment of senior executives, effective project management, the ability of the project team , the quality of the information and the system.
