摘要

由於資訊科技快速發展，ERP的導入已成為21世紀企業提昇競爭力之有效方法。企業建置ERP系統的目的，為即時反應企業內部資源使用的狀況，以供企業決策的參考。ERP可整合企業內部所有的資訊系統，導入ERP的效益包含整合企業內部流程、降低成本、增加營收等。過去學者研究結果顯示：企業導入ERP的關鍵成功因素有高階主管的全力支持、明確規劃導入需求與目標，及ERP顧問的選擇與配合等。本研究以華新麗華為研究個案，以華新麗華導入ERP的程序及成效可得知，個案公司導入ERP的關鍵成功因素為：了解企業文化、適當的溝通協調、選擇適用的系統及廠商、選擇適當的人才、員工訓練。

Due to the rapid development of information technology, the implementation of ERP has been the effective solution to improve business competition. The implementation of ERP reflects the current use of business resources and improves the quality of business decisions. ERP integrates the information systems and work flows in one business. The implementation of ERP also reduces business costs and increases profits. Observations from the past decade indicate the CSFs (Critical Success Factors) of the implementation of ERP include (a) the support from the CEO, (b) the definite business demands and goals, and (c) the coordination from the appropriate consultants. The case of Walsin Lihwa Corporation was explored in this study. The results indicate the CSFs in this company include (a) understanding business culture, (b) adequate communication, (c) adopting applicable systems and consultants, (d) employing capable professionals, and (e) employee training.
