摘要

IP網路是目前全方位服務網路的重要選擇，然而其中仍有許多傳輸、安全、應用與服務等問題亟待解決。「全IP寬頻網路系統與服務技術發展計畫」將選擇適合國內發展的技術項目進行研發。FY95為「全IP寬頻網路系統與服務技術發展計畫」四年計畫的第一年，共規劃了以下四個分項，分別是服務導向接取網路技術分項、IP網路視訊關鍵與應用技術分項、電信乙太網路平台技術分項、IP電信系統與服務技術分項。
