摘要

為因應通訊技術發展的寬頻化與IP化，「全IP寬頻網路系統與服務技術發展計畫」投入寬頻光纖網路技術與IP網路應用與服務技術的研究，以協助網通廠商延續寬頻通訊產品的競爭力，並提升我國通訊產業的價值創造力。其下規劃四個分項，分別是網路視訊服務技術(Network Video Service Technologies)、IP電信系統與服務技術(IP Telecom System & Service Technologies)、服務導向架構平台技術(SOA Service Framework Technologies)，以及電信等級開放架構平台技術(CGOE Infrastructure Technologies)，全面發展IP應用、平台與傳輸等相關技術。

In line with the trend of the IP technology and the broadband communication, ”All IP Broadband Network System and Service Technologies Developing Project” continues the research in optical fiber communication and the IP application and service technology. We hope the communication industry's technology level in Taiwan will be further enhanced through utilizing the outcome of this project. There are four sub-projects in this year as follows: they are ”Network Video Service Technologies,” ”IP Telecom System & Service Technologies”, ”SOA Service Framework Technologies” and ”CGOE Infrastructure Technologies”. The application and the platform technologies of IP communication will be all covered in this project.
