In the era of widely spreading VoIP application, it is an issue to monitor legally specific telecommunication users. In the hope of checking and hindering possible criminal offence, for instance, the prevailing telephone swindle by using IP telecommunication to deceive the public, the telecommunication service providers must set up the proper mechanism for lawful interception, in order to cooperate with the law enforcement unit in government.
