摘要

車載資通訊系統(Telematics)可運用在車用網路上，利用無線通訊交換訊息資料，以達成改善行車安全及其他加值應用服務的目的。在車用網路的環境下，資訊安全與資料隱私是未來車載資通訊應用服務能否實現的重要關鍵。本文介紹目前Telematics相關應用服務可能面對的安全議題，並討論相關的資訊安全需求，以達成車載資通訊上的通訊安全目標。針對車用公鑰基礎建設(Vehicular PKI)，我們引進身份導向密碼系統，並討論其應用於車用網路上的可行性及未來研究的方向。

Telematics refers to wireless communication systems designed for collection and dissemination of data in vehicular networks. It has attracted extensive attentions in recent years for their promises in improving traffic safety and enabling other value-added services. Security and privacy are two important issues in the deployment of telematics. This article presents the studies on possible security threats and attacks for applications in vehicular networks. We discuss several requirements that will be helpful in building secure telematics. The vehicular PKI is a good choice for enabling vehicular network security. We then introduce the ID-based cryptosystem which can be one kind of vehicular PKI, and also address the future development of ID-based security framework for telematics.
