車載資通訊系統(Telematics)是遠距離通訊(Telecommunications)與資訊科學(Informatics)的合稱,為汽車電子、資訊、通訊技術的應用結合,透過無線網路的傳輸來提供行車中所需各項資訊。常見的車載資通訊服務有衛星定位、道路救援等。車載資通訊目前被認為是車用電子中最有潛力的一環,技術上也年年有突破,然而最終目標還是要滿足顧客的需求、讓消費者願意採用。本研究結合感性工學與科技接受模式探討影響消費者對車載資通訊系的採用行為,經由紙本及線上問卷方式發放,共回收有效問卷316份,研究結果顯示感性工學觀點中的「期望-功能一致性」、「人性化硬體設計」、「作業系統智慧化」對消費者採用車載資通訊系統的「知覺有用」、「知覺易用」、「態度」、「行為意向」均有著顯著正向影響,研發電子領域的技術業者,在研發階段能應納入感性工學,以提升消費者之使用經驗,以及採用程度。
Telematics integrate Telecommunications and Informatics; therefore, the integration of automotive electronics, information and communication technology. Telematics could provide drivers the required information through wireless networks, like GPS (Global Positioning System), roadside assistance and so on. In recent years people enhance driving safety and comfort by the system integration, digital home, and mobile office; to set off another automotive revolution. The goal of vehicle telematics devices is to let vehicle drivers to accept them. Therefore, this study integrates the concepts of Kansei Engineering and TAM model to study factors that influencing drivers adopting behaviors. A conceptual model was proposed and 316 questionnaires were collected to verify the model. From the results, expectation-function consistence, user-friendly design and smart operation system positively influence perceived usefulness, perceived easiness, attitude and behavioral intention. Designers of telematics devices should consider concepts of Kansei Engineering when designing and building telematics devices and related systems.
