摘要

本文提出一個快速JPEG 2000影像尺寸縮小方法，所提方法在頻率域對JPEG 2000影像進行影像尺寸縮小工作。跟傳統在空間域縮小JPEG 2000影像尺寸的作法相比，本論文所提方法，可有效降低記憶體空間需求以及執行時間。實驗結果顯示，跟在空間域轉換影像尺寸的方式比較，使用本論文所提的快速影像尺寸轉換方法將大小為512×512的影像縮小成原尺寸的1/2×1/2至1/16×1/16大小時，平均可節省53%-77%的執行時間。

This paper presents a fast JPEG2000 image downsizing method in the frequency domain, which can effectively reduce the memory requirements and implementation time. The experimental results showed that this rapid method used to convert images of 512×512 pixel into new size from 1/2×1/2 to 1/16×1/16 can in average save 53% to 77% of the execution time.
